Врач посмотрит твое горлышко - The doctor will look at your throat. 

Тебе нужно высунуть язык и сказать "а-а-а" - You need to stick out your tongue and say “Aaaaah”.

Врач тебя послушает стетоскопом - The doctor will listen to your chest with a stethoscope to hear your lungs and your heart.

Тебе нужно посидеть тихо (как мышка), чтобы врач смог тебя послушать (т.е. легкие) - You need to be very quiet (like a mouse) so the doctor can hear/check your lungs.

Прививка - vaccination/immunization

Как комарик укусил - It will feel like a little mosquito bite/a little sting.

Надо немножко подержать ватку на руке, чтобы защитить (от грязи) и чтобы скорее прошло - We need to put a bit of cotton wool on it for a little while now to protect it and make it feel better.

Надо приложить что-нибудь холодное, чтобы не было синяка - You need to put something cold on it to stop it bruising.

Засунь градусник под мышку - Put the thermometer under your arm (not armpit).
